One-Shot is a professional dropping-dosing machine recommended for the production of stuffed products. With the One-shot system of high-tecnology it allows to realize any type of product even if more solid or thick.
This airbrush is used to draw very thin lines, even simple designs, shade tone and even shaded colors in the products. The airbrush includes a flow of compressed air operated "pen" for color spraying. The colors may be different and are stored inside a special tank accessible through a side opening. The airflow is controlled by a compressor that is connected to the "pen" by a flexible tube: the compressed air sprays the color which comes from the opposite side and is regulated by mechanisms of a special valve. Os tanques para derreter série TS são como o nome indica, adequados para derreter e manter fluido grandes quantidades de chocolate ou composto de chocolate e posterior alimentação de máquinas de temperar ou de cobrir. A tina do tanque é aquecida em banho maria de forma a manter intactas as características orgânicas do chocolate e prevenir o risco de queimar. Um líquido especial de aquecimento flui em circuito fechado. A tina está equipada com dispositivo de rotação que mantém o produto em constante movimento.

The Tunnel includes 2 (TR300), 3 (TR300/6) or 5 (TR400-10) modules of refrigerate, each one with 2 length meters. The cooling process is performed by a cooled air loop by a termo-regulator. The colling process allows to obtain the desired crystallization of the chocolate. The temperature is set by an electronic thermostat below -8ºC. An inverter controls the speed of the conveyor from 0.55 to 1.6 meters /minute. The tunnel is assembled by adjustable feet.
