A high-capacity conveyor belt with a clutch device feeds the machine with the dough.
This "weighing" dough divider is ideal for cutting any type of bread dough of different shapes and sizes. It is equipped with rotary cutting system, variable calibration and with easy replacement of the cutters.
The preparation of formed products is made by one or two forming machines with four cilinders and with a stop device of the superior conveyor. It has also a cleaning system of the cilinders as well as an ajustable anti-imperfections system.
Includes a stretcher to allow the “regueija” bread, threads or baguettes with the desired length, extending the range of products.
All functions are conduted through a processor that transmits useful information such as: calibration, volume, program name, speed, etc. It also allows to save 30 programs in memory.
